We are a 100% local company based in Tennessee, but we service many areas throughout Middle Tennessee. We only use experienced, trustworthy cleaners living in the local area. All of our cleaning team members are also insured and bonded.
What cities are in your service area?
Complete Cleaning Concepts is a local, full-service cleaning company based in Gallatin, we service commercial clients throughout Middle Tennessee. The cities we currently service are: Gallatin, Hendersonville, Portland, Nashville, Antioch, Lavergne, Smyrna, Murfreesboro, Goodlettsville, Madison, White House, Brentwood, Franklin. Complete Cleaning Concepts is of course willing to come to other Middle Tennessee locations!
How often do you clean?
We will clean as often as needed, which may mean daily, weekly, monthly or just once.
Can you clean entire buildings or multiple buildings?
Yes, we definitely can. Our cleaning services will be tailored to your specific needs.
Does someone need to be at the business for you to clean?
No, we can clean during whatever time you prefer — during business hours or after hours.
Can you clean after special events?
Yes we can. Please call in advance to schedule a special cleaning, so we are prepared to fully accommodate you.
Do I pay for an estimate?
No, we do not charge for estimates. If you are interested in cleaning services for your business, please call us to set up an appointment. One of our cleaning supervisors will come to your office to perform a free assessment. As part of your estimate, we will customize a cleaning plan and checklist of services that would fit your specific needs.
Do you have business liability insurance?
Yes, we have General Liability and Worker’s Compensation. Complete Cleaning Concepts maintains insurance to protect you from damaged property or any worker injuries that may happen while our staff cleans your business.
